In-Office Practice

Attend required Philadelphia office sessions and complete practice returns using fictional information.

Final Assessment

Demonstrate tax knowledge, accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to follow company procedures.

Employment Consideration

Qualified candidates may be considered for seasonal, in-office tax preparation opportunities.

FIRST-YEAR WORK EXPECTATIONS
Individuals selected for first-year tax preparation positions should expect to work in the office for hands-on training and mentorship.

 

FUTURE REMOTE OPPORTUNITIES
Remote opportunities may become available based on experience, performance, operational needs, and security requirements.

 

ACADEMY & EMPLOYMENT CONSIDERATION
Participation in the Tax Preparer Academy does not guarantee employment with Jumping Jack Taxes. Employment decisions are based on training completion, assessment results, accuracy, professionalism, availability, security compliance, and company needs.
