SCkALE LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the newsletters MensBookClub.com and
WomensBookClub.com (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect
your information when you subscribe to either newsletter.

When you opt in to either newsletter, we collect:

Your email address

Date and time of subscription

Opt-in source (the page or form you used to subscribe)

We may also automatically collect certain technical data such as your general location, email client type, whether you opened a specific email, and whether you clicked a link.

This data is collected through standard email delivery infrastructure (Beehiiv or Klaviyo) and is used only to improve deliverability and content relevance.

We use Beehiiv (beehiiv.com) or (klaviyo.com) or (kajabi.com) to manage our subscriber list and send emails. These companies processes your data on our behalf as a data processor. Your data is stored on their servers, which are subject to
their own security standards and privacy practices.


5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter. If you unsubscribe, your email address will be marked as unsubscribed in our system. You may request complete deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at hi@sckale.io.

Unsubscribing from one newsletter (e.g., MensBookClub.com) does not automatically unsubscribe you from the other (e.g., WomensBookClub.com).

Our Services are not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at hi@sckale.io and we will promptly delete it.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your subscription to and use of the newsletters operated by SCkALE LLC at MensBookClub.com and WomensBookClub.com (collectively, the "Services").

By subscribing or opting in to either newsletter, you agree to these Terms.


1. The Services

MensBookClub.com and WomensBookClub.com are free faith-based email newsletters. Each newsletter delivers one email per day at or around 5:00 AM. The content of each email is designed for spiritual encouragement and may include devotional material, scripture references, and promotional offers.


2. Eligibility

By subscribing, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are subscribing on behalf of another person, you represent that you have their consent.


3. Subscription and Opt-In

You subscribe to our newsletters by providing your name and email address on our opt-in page. By submitting your information, you expressly consent to:

Receive daily email newsletters from the newsletter(s) you opted into

Receive promotional content, advertisements, and commercial offers within those emails

Our storage and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy

You may unsubscribe from any of our newsletters at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of any email. Unsubscribing is free and will take effect promptly, typically within 10 business days. Unsubscribing from one newsletter does not automatically remove you from the other.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SCKALE LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THE CONTENT IN OUR NEWSLETTERS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND SPIRITUAL ENCOURAGEMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL, LEGAL, MEDICAL, OR THERAPEUTIC ADVICE.


9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SCKALE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCkALE LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms with a revised Effective Date. Your continued subscription after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SCkALE LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
